Our maid service is the perfect light clean averaging about 45-75 minutes. It is best suited for an occupied apartment needing recurring or a one-time spiff!

  • Wipe down countertops, sink, exterior of kitchen appliances and stove top
  • Place dishes in the dishwasher
  • Clean toilet, tub, sink, and mirror
  • Make bed(s) with provided linens
  • Sweep and mop or vacuum all floors
  • Dust all furniture
  • Dispose trash – Only trash in trash receptacles or specially identified will be disposed
  • AVAILABLE AT AN ADDITIONAL FEE: oven cleaning and interior of the refrigerator cleaning
  • NOT INCLUDED: balcony/patio cleaning, washer/dryer, personal laundry, window/blind cleaning, wall cleaning, exterior cleaning, packing personals, and moving valuables, jewelry, electronic equipment or heavy furniture.


Our move-out/move-in clean will make body-switches (furnished) or your complete move in/out (unfurnished) seamless! This is a deep clean averaging about 1.5-2.5 hours.

  • If unfurnished:
    • Wipe down all countertops and kitchen sink
    • Clean interior and exterior of all appliances including oven cleaning
    • Clean and clear out interior and exterior of all cabinets
    • Clean toilet, sink and mirror and clear out medicine cabinet
    • Clean tub and scrub down shower door(s)
    • Sweep and mop or vacuum all floors
    • Clean baseboards
    • Clean all reachable lights, fixtures, covers, and fans
    • Wipe down all sliding doors, patio doors and bedroom/bathroom doors
    • Clean laundry room and interior/exterior of washer and dryer
    • Sweep balcony/patio and entry way (please note, we cannot water wash the patio)
    • Sweep garage (attached only)
    • Dispose all trash left behind including items such as leftover food, leftover toiletries, leftover cleaning supplies, household product, etc.
  • If furnished, add:
    • Make bed(s) with linens provided
    • Dust and polish all furniture
    • personal laundry
    • window/blind cleaning
    • wall cleaning
    • packing personals
    • moving valuables, jewelry, electronic equipment or heavy furniture.

An invoice will be emailed to you one week prior to the service date. We only accept credit card payment and it must be made the business day (M-F) before by 3:00pm PST for service to take place. If you would like to make a payment over the phone, please call 714-446-9100.

Terms and Conditions

B&B Rentals is NOT responsible for any valuable items left in the apartment. Please stow away any valuables prior to maid service.
Time Preference: you may request a time preference, and B&B will do our best to meet the time preference, but cannot guarantee. Cleaning services take place anytime between 9:00AM-6:00PM
Date Preference: date preferred is based on availability. Once order has been placed, please wait for our confirmation email. We only provide services Mon-Fri, and are closed on all major holidays.
Pets: any pet needs to be kenneled during service. Loose pets will result in a cancellation as we cannot perform the service due to liability issues.
Permission to Enter: many of our cleaning services take place when residents are not present. If resident is not able to be present, please send an email to the leasing office (they require it in writing) and copy us stating the lease holder gives B&B Rentals permission to enter the apartment. Sending permission to enter to leasing and copying us helps prevent any cancellation fees.
An extra cleaning fee will apply if team has exceeded the allotted time or additional items are requested to be cleaned.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note, a cancellation/rescheduling fee of $75 will apply to any MS that cannot be completed upon arrival for the following reasons:
*Access to the unit: PTE issues, key issues or leasing is closed
*Resident refuses service upon arrival
*Resident asks our team to wait or return later in the day upon arrival
*Resident asks our team to reschedule the maid service for another day upon arrival
